Line-up

Turn Back, the band's third studio album, was a return to a classic sextet structure, and it was a more consistent, more powerful album with a sharper edge. The more edgy sound of the album was a reflection of the maturation of the group and featured drummer Bobby Kimball's increased ability on the drums and a more confident, mature vocal delivery from singer Joseph Williams.
